Lone Tree Park and Tennis Facility Receives Honor

An article in the Denver Post announces a recent award was given to the Lone Tree Park and Tennis Facility from the U.S. Tennis Association.  MEP Engineering provided electrical and lighting engineering design services for the new tennis courts and 1,400 square foot administrative building.

An Award Winning Team - LEED Gold

Gold Hard Hat Awards

MEP Engineers were part of a winning team for the design and construction of a $46.5 million new student housing project on the Colorado State University Pueblo Campus. The 250,000 square foot, three-building academic village was designed in two phases providing 750 beds, 45,000 square feet of common areas (including classrooms, bistro, lounges, laundry and retail), surface parking and recreational fields.

The success of the team as a whole is exemplified through the winning of the Gold Hard Hat Award for an Outstanding Higher Education/Research Project. This project is on target to earn LEED –Gold certification.

We are proud of our engineers and the entire team that contributed to the success of this project.
