Gold Hard Hat Awards
MEP Engineers were part of a winning team for the design and construction of a $46.5 million new student housing project on the Colorado State University Pueblo Campus. The 250,000 square foot, three-building academic village was designed in two phases providing 750 beds, 45,000 square feet of common areas (including classrooms, bistro, lounges, laundry and retail), surface parking and recreational fields.
The success of the team as a whole is exemplified through the winning of the Gold Hard Hat Award for an Outstanding Higher Education/Research Project. This project is on target to earn LEED –Gold certification.
We are proud of our engineers and the entire team that contributed to the success of this project.
