MEP Engineering is the engineer on record for the CB Richard Ellis managed Class A Crescent office buildings within the Crescent Town Center, a master-planned development comprised of five office buildings, a hotel and two first-class restaurants. On-going mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design for various tenant finish spaces ranging in size from square feet. Some of the tenants include: Equis, BTE Technologies, Beecher Carlson, and Weyerhaeuser. Additional work including multi-building system assessments and reviews has been completed.
