Project Description
MEP Engineering was selected to provide design services for a new five-story apartment complex located on the corner of North Washington Street and Speer Boulevard in Denver’s residential Washington Park neighborhood. With approximately 90,000 SF and a total of 108 dwelling units, the complex also included one level of below-grade parking with additional parking at grade. The average size dwelling unit is approximately 650 square feet. Amenities included communal spaces for residents, an infinity pool, a rooftop cabana bar, a community grilling area, herb garden, and lobby and fitness areas at street level.
