This mixed-use development for the Colorado Coalition of the Homeless provides integrated health care access for some 18,000 homeless and supportive housing for 78 formerly homeless members of our community.
According to the Coalition, the center “fully incorporates patient-centered, trauma-informed medical and mental health care, substance treatment services, dental and vision care, social services and supportive housing to more fully address the spectrum of problems homeless adults and children bring to their medical providers.” We’re happy to be a part of this project.
We designed a five-story building with the first two floors built out for a walk-in medical clinic The top three levels incorporate a multi-family residential space with78 dwellings.
We planned the 52,000 square foot walk-in clinic to include primary medical, dental, eye, respiratory care and mental health services.
We achieved Enterprise Green Communities Certification on this project.
