Project Description
Design services for a new mixed-use high-rise multifamily development located on a 87,350 SF site in the Union Station Master Plan development bounded by Wewatta Street, Chestnut Street, 17th Street, and 18th Street. The project program included ground level retail, entry lobbies, parking garage, fitness area, exhibition kitchen, game room, swimming pool, lounge, and three towers of apartment units build upon a single podium structure.
