Project Description
MEP Engineering was selected to provide engineering design services for a new eight-story apartment complex as part of the Denver Housing Authority’s, Sun Valley Block 3 neighborhood redevelopment. The project included a 133 unit affordable housing apartment building with clubhouse amenities, rooftop deck, fitness room. The project included a 3-story Parking Garage with EV chargers and future EV capacity. In addition the project included a separate Food Incubator building with full size commercial kitchen, 5 food vendor kiosks and bar area to serve the community.
